Are you really expressing surprise that Zach Randolph is in the above average-starters category?!! The guy has been a 20-10 guy for most of his career. He's easily an above average guy. He's a top 20 offensive player in the NBA over the last decade.

Also, why is Julian Wright on this list? He is not a big man.

Why is Al Jefferson not on this list? Why is Drew Gooden not on this list? Why is Cedric Simmons not on this list? Why is Hilton Armstrong not on this list? David Harrison? Curtis Borchardt?

Why isn't Chris Kaman rated? Conveniently forgotten?

This is a really poorly researched, poorly written and horribly executed excuse for a piece.

Great post. Perk is totally underappreciated. My one issue is that I think Troy Murphy is a lot better than people think.

Clifford Ray has had a phenomenal impact. Perk has improved so much with regard to his footwork + positioning defensively and offensively under his watch. The same type of knowledge Ray passed on to previous big men he's coached like a PJ Brown.
.-= Dave´s last blog ..<a href="http://nbaroundtable.wordpress.com/2010/01/21/mo-williams-injured/" rel="nofollow">Mo Williams Injured</a> =-.

Umm.. you forget one major guy, Big Al! That slightly tips the average towards the positive side as I'd rank him as a star. And he was not an instant star as he took a couple years to get to the level he's at now.
